Do you have any vendor bond waive for vendors from other markets?
Of course, we accept vendors from actual and defunct markets with a minimum of history.
Are FE vendors allowed?
Yes, we reserve FE status only to trusted vendors who have enough feedback.

How can I generate deposit addresses?
If is your first time, click on your Icon Profile, select 'Transfers', 'Deposit funds', choose your currency [BTC or XMR] and hit 'Proceed' buttonPlease

Your deposit isn't showing on your account?
Remember that transaction must be approved on blockchain first. If it's confirmed on blockchain but isn't showing on your account, contact support and provide deposit address and transaction ID
How do withdraws work?
Click on your Icon Profile, select 'Transfers', 'Withdraw funds', choose your currency [BTC or XMR], paste your receiving address in the address field, select the amount, insert your PIN and hit 'Proceed' button
How much commission does market take on my transaction?
4% commission fee on sales
How can I change my PIN?
Click on your Icon Profile, select 'Manage account', 'Change PIN', Enter your old pin, Enter the new pin and hit 'Submit' button
How can I update my PGP?
Click on profile image, go to 'Manage account', select 'Change PGP', insert the new PGP public key, hit 'Import key' then complete the challenge
Frozen Account?
If we see suspicious activities on an user profile we'll freeze the account (Possibility to withdraw, sell and modify anything in the profile)
How do orders work?
Once you place the order you must
wait for vendor to accept it. Orders are automatically finalized after
14 days and instantly for FinalizationEarly (FE) products.
* Order cancelled means the vendor refused your order or he didn't accept it on time.
* Order Transit,
as the product is set as shipped the escrow starts and will
autofinalize after 14 days, you can finalize it manually after 5-7 days
from the order if you received it earlier.
How can I dispute orders?
If an order is on transit and takes too long to arrive, you can freeze the escrow by disputing the order. This way a moderator will take care of situation and will decide with his justice hammer the winning side of disputes.
Can I dispute finalized orders?
No, you can't dispute finalized orders
How can I recover my account?
To recover your account you have to open a ticket which contains username and mnemonic of the lost account,
If mnemonic and username matches we will help you to recover it, otherwise the account will be considered as lost
What's mnemonic?
It's a random sequence of words, between 12 and 24 words, generated ONCE when you first login in your account so make sure to save it in a safe place cause it's the only way to recover your account
How Can I leave feedback?
You can only leave feedbacks on finalized orders
